Andy’s
career began as a lead designer for ManTech Services Corporation,
a Washington, D.C. defense contractor supporting the United
States Navy. There he created a methodology for real-time
animation of missile fire test scenarios of the Aegis Weapon
System. Later, as president of his own design and consulting
firm, Andy became a leading east coast computer animator,
providing work for Fortune 500 Companies such as IBM, AT&T,
Chase, Schering Plough and Pfizer. He also brought his creative
skills to the Internet, providing an online shopping site
for Ray-Ban. Ray-Ban Virtual Preview broke ground as the first
site to allow users to try sunglasses on their own faces over
the internet. Before becoming a part of The Dream Group®,
Andy worked as Director of Web Technology to build White Amber,
a startup company providing web-enabled solutions for Human
Capital Management. It was here that Andy helped design, prototype
and program an application capable of managing an enterprise’s
contingent workforce.
Andy
studied economics and government at Cornell University, and
then design and publication at Rochester Institute of Technology.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Astronomy
Section of the Rochester Academy of Science. |
